These are some pictures that my best friend Vanessa sent me. Vanessa works at Amanda Borden's gymnastics center in Chandler. The Olympic Gymnastic Tour went through Phoenix and stopped by Amanda's gym.

Tiger Face

This card was super easy. I used the Tiger Face from The Angel Company (TAC), and a background stamp (not sure what company it is). I used the background stamp on the tiger's face and on the blue card stock. I added some brown earthy toned fiber for an added touch.

Shoe Box Party and Stamp Convention

Friday night was the shoe box party that a bunch of us always get together for the weekend of the convention. We each made a card and put together 10 kits for other people to make our card. It is really fun and each time I go home with 10 new ideas from the cards I have made. My mom and two of my friends, Amy and Kristine, attended the shoe box party with me. On Saturday my mom and I went to the stamp convention, we enjoyed shopping and doing the make and takes. These pictures are two make and takes that I did at the convention. I made the Hot Air Balloon card at B & J's Art Stamps and the Witch Tag card at Pugnacious Stamps & Designs.

Fall Cleaning

Yesterday and today I have been getting our guest room cleaned because my mom will be coming this week and she will be staying about a month. While I was cleaning this morning, I went out to the main part of our house and found all 3 of our cats sitting at the front door. There was a little critter scurrying around out front, and all 3 had front row tickets to watch the critter. I took this picture while they were all sitting together. We have a lot planned in the month that mom will be here. We have a shoe box party to attend, a rubber stamp convention, art in the park, I'll be hosting the stamp club that I belong to, and spending Friday nights at our friend Claudia's. My mom makes the best breakfast in the world, so she is welcome to stay as long as she would like!

I made this card using my brayer and Berry Blaze by Kaleidacolor. The flower stamp is by TAC (The Angel Company), the writing in purple is a background stamp-I'm not sure what company made it.
